Senior Project Manager:
Your role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and support strategic business and digital transformation initiatives within complex international environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex business and technology transformation projects and programs.
Define and oversee project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions, teams, and organizational levels.
Ensure project delivery quality, transparency, and alignment with strategic business goals.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, project status updates, and governance documentation.
Facilitate Steering Committees and key decision-making forums.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks impacting project execution.
Drive collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Program Management roles.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale, and international initiatives.
Strong expertise in project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience leading business transformation, digital transformation, and technology-driven projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and matrixed environments.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of sustainability, compliance, regulatory, or reporting-related programs.
Professional Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
Experience working within multinational and multicultural environments.
French language proficiency is considered a plus.
