The Revenue Manager is responsible for leading and executing the hotel's revenue management strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams, this role analyzes market trends, competitor performance, demand patterns, and distribution channels to develop pricing and inventory strategies that drive business results while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
The Revenue Manager plays a key role in forecasting, budgeting, business planning, and strategic decision-making to ensure the hotel achieves its revenue and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR.
- Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare accurate forecasts and revenue projections.
- Lead regular revenue strategy meetings and provide performance analysis and recommendations to hotel leadership.
- Manage pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution channels to optimize commercial performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align commercial strategies and drive business growth.
- Produce revenue reports and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in revenue management processes and systems.
- Support the preparation and execution of the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment between Revenue, Sales, and Marketing objectives.
