What you’ll own
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting merchant relationships, and addressing queries and complaints in a professional manner.

Monitor merchant performance and turnover, proactively offering products and solutions to improve retention and support account growth.

Provide rate offers in line with internal pricing policies and conduct credit and operational risk analysis linked to business opportunities.

Act as a link between merchants and the business by sharing feedback, enhancing products and services, and improving overall customer experience.

Ensure accurate handling of leads, regular reporting, compliance with internal policies and regulations (incl. KYC/AML), and delivery against performance targets.
What you’ll bring

1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills at both internal and external level
-
High level verbal and written communication and presentation (Maltese and English)

Client oriented with excellent client service. Ability to interact with various customers at professional level. Understands the business, customer needs and financial implications and makes prudent decisions

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, together with an in-depth knowledge of card payment industry: players, services, technology, economics, regulation, trends, etc.
