The Digital Store E-Commerce Personalization Specialist supports QVC Italy and leads personalization and UX optimization activities across web and app improving customer experience, conversion, and digital performance.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and require presence at our offices in Brugherio (MB) for several days each month (office days are predetermined and standard across the company).
This is a full time – permanent contract.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Digital Store Manager, you will be responsible for :
End-to-End Personalization Ownership: l eading the strategy, implementation, and quality control of all digital store s personalization initiatives across the digital customer journey to improve customer experience, conversion and commercial performance s .
Strategy & Test Coordination: p artnering with Digital Store, Content, and A/B t esting teams (locally and internationally) to build and coordinate personalization calendars and tailored customer experiences.
Scaling Tests & Uniqodo voucher promotion s upport: t ransitioning successful tests into daily operations supporting the Retention team with the Uniqodo platform to plan and deploy onsite voucher campaigns based on web promos or customer behavior.
Homepage & App Optimization: c ollaborating with the Store Programming and Trading teams to design personalization strategies for key pages (Homepage, Category pages, etc., and the App ) to drive sales and category goals.
Segment & Platform Relevance: e nsuring high-value, personalized content is delivered across all platforms, tailored to specific customer segments .
Approval & Performance Analysis: a cting as the final sign-off authority for personalization measures, while analyzing and reporting weekly test results to drive revenue growth.
Team Guidance & Tool Improvement: m entoring team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
3–5 years of solid experience in similar roles within a digital environment, ideally in a multichannel, online sales, or e-commerce personalization setting.
Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
Strong understanding of CRO, UX, and personalization, with the ability to optimize and enhance the customer journey.
Solid commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to independently interpret key digital KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Session Rate, Bounce Rate, and CTR.
Excellent knowledge of the main digital and non-digital tools used for performance analysis, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, and Excel ( AEM tool is a plus ).
The ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced digital environment .
Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, with great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
Native-level Italian and fluent English .
