We are looking for a Head of Boarding & Academic Integration to lead the coordination of the boarding program for Juventus youth players, ensuring a high-quality residential and academic experience fully integrated with the football pathway.
This role will act as a key link between the Club, the academic institution, the boarding facilities, students and their families, ensuring effective planning, operational excellence and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
As Head of Boarding & Academic Integration, you will play a central role in supporting the development, well-being and cultural integration of student-athletes, creating an environment that combines structure, care, performance and personal growth.
What you'll do
Lead the development and coordination of the academic plan, ensuring full integration with training schedules, competitions and supervised study time.
Act as the main point of reference between the football club, the boarding school and/or academic institution.
Ensure daily routines, internal regulations and schedules are properly respected, including classes, breaks, free time and rest periods.
Monitor students’ academic progress in close collaboration with academic staff, supporting long-term educational planning.
Guide students in their academic organization, personal development and adaptation to school and boarding life.
Serve as the main contact for families, providing regular updates on students’ progress, well-being and daily experience.
Support international students in their cultural and social integration with empathy, sensitivity and awareness of individual needs.
Oversee boarding facilities, ensuring high standards of safety, comfort, organization and student welfare.
Manage relationships and contracts with accommodation, catering, maintenance and external service providers.
Manage and monitor the annual boarding budget, ensuring cost control, financial sustainability and compliance with Club guidelines.
Coordinate daily transportation between the boarding school and the training center.
Manage student permissions for off-campus activities in line with Club and boarding policies.
What we're looking for
Master’s degree in Education, Sports Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in boarding school management, student services, sports academies, educational institutions or similar environments.
Previous experience in multicultural and international contexts.
Strong organizational and planning skills in complex, multi-schedule environments.
Proven experience in budget management, cost control and administrative reporting.
Solid knowledge of contract management and coordination with external providers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, academic staff and management.
Strong leadership, authority and decision-making skills, combined with empathy and approachability.
High cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence, especially when working with international students.
Ability to manage priorities, enforce rules and maintain structure in a residential environment.
High sense of responsibility, autonomy and professionalism.
Fluent Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
Experience in sports organizations, football academies or high-performance environments will be considered an advantage.
