AFTER SALES BACK OFFICE:
Your daily responsibilities:
Within the After Sales Team, your goal will be to ensure the effective management of customer claims, complaints, and the related costs. Specifically:
You will manage the entire claims process, from reviewing reported issues to entering and updating information within company systems
You will allocate claim-related costs, charging them to the responsible parties while ensuring the correct application of procedures and the accuracy of data
You will coordinate product collections in collaboration with the Logistics team and suppliers to ensure the timely movement of goods, including return shipments
You will organize on-site handling activities for goods that are no longer suitable for use, in coordination with suppliers and warehouses, and monitor their proper execution
You will manage the administrative and accounting aspects related to claims, including supplier invoice verification and accurate case reporting
You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to identify effective solutions and deliver a high-quality customer experience

Relevant academic qualifications and/or prior experience in similar roles (customer care, after sales), preferably in the food or retail sector, will be considered a plus.

Gross annual salary: €23.320 - €28.000
Your salary will be determined based on your professional experience, technical and language skills, and level of autonomy.
