We have an opportunity for a Lead Engineer to join us at Honeywell in Monza.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Manager, managing complex Automation projects with Control and Safety Systems.
You will lead internal resources and build project team, supervising project team activities throughout project life.
Availability to meet customers, end users or suppliers abroad and to support site activities is requested.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (Electronics/Automation engineering) and good technical background
- 3 years working experience as Lead Engineer of Automation projects
- Proven track record in executing Automation projects for Oil&Gas or other markets (like Pharma)
- Working experience with main EPC companies (Engineering Procurement and Construction – Saipem, Tecnimont, Technip, etc) and O&G End Users
- Good communication and listening skills both in local language and English
- Flexible to travel
Annual gross salary from €48.200 and applicable NCBA is Contratto collettivo Nazionale Metalmeccanico Grande Industria. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria . Incentive and benefits to be part of the offer.
