The GTR FP&A Commercial Senior Specialist will support the Global Travel Retail business by strengthening financial governance, improving commercial decision-making, and ensuring consistency across regions, customers, channels, and key commercial finance processes.
The role will act as a central FP&A commercial finance point of contact for pricing, promotional investment, customer performance, margin analysis, strategic planning, and commercial analytics. It will provide robust financial insights to support profitable growth, stronger visibility of business drivers, and disciplined investment decisions across the GTR perimeter.
The position is designed to increase transparency, standardization, and control over key commercial finance activities, while progressively enabling automation and process simplification.
Commercial Finance, Pricing and Investment Governance

Partner closely with regional commercial teams, marketing team, and finance stakeholders, including House of Brands.
- Support the governance of price, promotion, discount, and DD investment management across Global Travel Retail regions, customers, and channels, to ensure alignment of assumptions, methodologies, accuracy and reporting standards.
- Perform financial analysis on trade margin, value chain, customer profitability, pricing architecture, identifying risks and opportunities linked to customer terms, trade investments, discounts, and pricing actions.
- Support financial assessments for innovation gates, new product launches, and commercial initiatives.
- Support the preparation, validation, and tracking of price lists, price letters, SAP price loading, and related pricing processes.
Customer, Channel and Performance Analytics
Enhance visibility of key commercial performance drivers, including Net Sales, Gross Profit, trade investments, promotional spending, and customer/channel profitability.
Assess the financial impact of alternative commercial scenarios, including price changes, discount structures, activation plans, and investment levels.
Strategic Planning and Forecasting
Support Strat Plan coordination for the GTR perimeter, ensuring alignment across regions, customers, and key commercial assumptions.
Experience, education and skills
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Solid experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business controlling, revenue growth management, or financial planning roles.
Experience in a multinational environment, ideally within FMCG, spirits, consumer goods, retail, travel retail, or commercial finance.
Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, Net Sales, Gross Profit, trade investments, discounts, promotion, pricing, customer profitability, and margin analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP, planning tools, BI tools, or reporting platforms is a plus.

La retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) indicativa per questa posizione è compresa tra 46.800 e 54.600 EUR + STI: 10%
L’inquadramento è previsto secondo il CCNL Terziario Commercio e Servizi – livello 1 e sarà determinata in base all’esperienza professionale, alle competenze e al profilo complessivo della risorsa selezionata.La posizione potrà inoltre beneficiare di un sistema di incentivazione variabile e di un pacchetto di benefit in linea con le politiche aziendali vigenti.
The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 46.800 and 54.600 EUR + STI: 10%, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.
The role is classified in accordance with the Terziario Commercio e Servizi collective labor agreement – level 1.
The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.
