TXT e-Tech is looking for an Avionic Test Engineer. In the Aerospace & Aviation division, more specifically in the area of avionic systems integration, professional positions are sought for systems activities, avionic integration and testing.
The successful candidate will work in a structured environment, participating in formal verification phases and supporting the qualification process for avionics functions.
Main responsibilities:
Analyze system requirements, assessing their consistency, completeness, and testability;
Develop and maintain Avionics Integration Test Procedures;
Perform avionics integration activities in the laboratory and during formal verification phases;
Conduct functional and integration tests, recording and analyzing the results;
Analyze anomalies identified during system tests and trials, contributing to their reproduction and resolution;
Produce technical documentation and evidence to support the qualification process;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, system engineering, testing).
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in software/hardware system integration, testing, or validation;
Knowledge of requirements engineering principles;
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar);
Knowledge of testing and debugging methodologies;
Good command of English.
The following are a plus:
Experience using laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators);
Knowledge of avionics protocols (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, etc.);
Experience in aerospace, defense, or safety-critical systems;
Familiarity with V&V (Verification & Validation) processes.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

The salary range for this position is between EUR 28.000 € and EUR 33.000 € gross per year.
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
