RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Operation Advisor - INTERNSHIP TRAINEE to join its office in Genova within the Real Estate Human Resources Division.
The role of HR Operation Advisor - internship provide to support HR operational activities
Support in the administrative employment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements;
Collect, draft and record documentation concerning the whole employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.);
Support enrolment of interns/trainees;
Ensure timely and effective updating of HR databases;
Support HR People to manage their Timesheet and Time and Attendance;
Ensure compliance controls with applicable rules and provide relevant reporting (e.g. attendance, absences, overtime, unused holidays).
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Law
'-Basic understanding of employment regulations and HR administrative processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing employment documentation (contracts, amendments, relocations, traineeships).
- Ability to maintain and update HR databases, with good digital and data‑entry skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic HR reporting (attendance, absences, overtime, leave balances).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR and employees.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of confidentiality and compliance.
