About the role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Operations team in Italy, with strong interaction with Manutan Group stakeholders across Europe.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how drop shipment operations work in an international environment, gaining hands-on experience on real business processes and tools.
What you will learn
During this internship, you will learn how to:
- Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs related to delivery performance and service level
- Work with an ERP system (Dynamics AX Microsoft)to understand order flows, delivery dates, and supplier management
- Support supplier performance follow-up and contribute to improvement actions
- Participate in the onboarding of new suppliers and understand related operational processes
- Identify improvement opportunities in drop shipment and logistics flows
- Understand transport and tracking processes, including interactions with carriers
- Analyze intercompany flows within an international Group context
- Collaborate with both local and Group teams, gaining exposure to a matrix organization
Your profile
- Italian speaker
- Fluent in English (mandatory, daily interaction with Group teams)
- Currently studying Management Engineering or similar
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work with data
- Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables is a plus)
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Pay: €450.00 - €900.00 per month
