Crown Tours is a Rome-born travel company running guided experiences across Europe. And now we're looking to grow our social media & marketing team!
The role
This isn't a "post X times a week" job. We're looking for someone who can invent content, not just produce it; a creator who thinks in formats, hooks, and series, and who understands that the goal isn't views for their own sake but building an audience that grows and brings in value.
What you'll actually do
- Develop and own content formats and series across our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Design content that builds broad, engaged audiences and routes them toward our website
- Spot and ride trends fast, with taste; native to each platform
- Work with our team to keep a high volume of content flowing
- Care about what's working: pay attention to performance and adjust (you don't need to be a data analyst, but you can't be allergic to numbers)
Who you are
- Fluency in English (C2 level)
- You've grown real audiences on social, and you have a portfolio
- You think strategically about content creation
- You consider yourself creative! Strong instincts for story, hook, pacing, and feeling
- You understand short-form deeply and aren't afraid of long-form
- You can work lean and fast, and have a passion to grow
- Bonus: interest in travel, culture, history, or storytelling; on-camera comfort
