We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator (Operatore di Produzione) to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, assembling products, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine machine checks and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
- Assist with machine setup, material handling, and changeovers when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment after training.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting materials within company guidelines.
