Are you an experienced International Sales Manager with a passion for innovative software solutions? Join us in leading the global expansion of a cutting-edge company in the public transport sector.
Who we’re looking for:
A professional with at least 5 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in transport software or smart mobility. A strategic thinker and relationship builder, capable of developing effective global sales strategies and engaging with public authorities, transport operators, and strategic partners.
Your responsibilities as International Sales Manager:
you will develop and execute sales strategies across international markets, aligned with company goals. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, build strong client and partner relationships, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, monitor market trends, and represent the company at international events.
What you’ll need to succeed
– Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields
– Proven experience in international B2B sales
– Knowledge of public tender processes and international market dynamics
– Excellent negotiation and intercultural communication skills
– Fluent in English (C1–C2) and Spanish (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus
– Willingness to travel internationally
