Team Marketing Liaison Specialist Italy:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and passionate Team Marketing Liaison Specialist to join our team with direct report to the Sports Marketing Manager. In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand at the grassroots level of competitive swimming, driving brand awareness, and support in building long-commercial term partnerships with teams, clubs, and athletes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new clubs and teams to secure long-term partnership agreements.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and response times to existing and prospective coaches, boards, and athletes.
- Maintain a regular visit schedule within the assigned territory to execute seasonal product launches and conduct team fittings.
- Provide high-touch technical assistance, sizing support, and direct product service during regional and national swim meets.
- Consistently evaluate club ROI and monitor compliance to ensure teams meet minimum outfitting standards and contract obligations.
- Serve as the on-the-ground contact to collect and communicate technical product feedback and competitive intelligence to internal Product and Marketing teams.
- Act as the face of the brand at the grassroots level, orchestrating product education and strategic seeding with elite athletes and coaches.
- Coordinate major event activations (e.g., Nationals, coach socials, Age championships) and assist with the logistics of booth setup and breakdown.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sports marketing and account management, within the athletic performance or swimwear industry.
Deep knowledge of the competitive swimming landscape including club and technical racing gear will be considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trust and accountability with coaches and boards
Ability to evaluate contract ROI, analyze sales metrics with constant support of sales team , and provide accurate product demand forecasting.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and work weekends to support regional and national swim events.
The hiring salary range for this position in Tolentino, Italy, is €25.000–€35.000 gross per year, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and seniority level.
