Armani Hotel Milano, located in the Quadrilatero della Moda, is the second collaboration between Giorgio Armani S.p.A. and Emaar Properties PJSC. Housed in a 1937 rationalist building, it embodies the "Stay with Armani" philosophy, offering an intimate experience where every detail of the 95 rooms and suites, designed by its creator, reflects elegance, comfort, and sophistication.
Under the supervision of the Lifestyle team, guests receive tailored hospitality. On the seventh floor of the building, with a majestic view of the city, the hotel hosts the Armani/Ristorante, featuring Italian cuisine with expert international reinterpretations, and the Armani/Bamboo Bar, while on the top floor the Armani/SPA extends over an area of 1,000 sqm with a relaxation pool and a gym
- Welcome guests upon arrival to the hotel in a courteous and prompt manner
- Deal with guests' requests and needs efficiently and effectively Ensure a high quality of guests and visitors at all times, understanding and anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations
- Support to the team in complaint management
- Management of information to be given to guests relating to the structure and city of Milan
- Management and booking of transfers and taxis
- Operational coordination with the Lifestyle team regarding check
- in check-out
- Baggage delivery and shopping bag, performing the service according to expected quality standards
- Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
- Experience at same level is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Driving license required.
