At Topcon Positioning Systems, we're transforming the construction industry through advanced machine control, GNSS, automation, and digital workflows. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our Grader & Paving product portfolio and help shape the future of intelligent construction.
This is more than a traditional Product Management role. You'll influence global strategy, work with international teams, and bring innovative products from concept to market while solving real-world challenges for customers across the globe.

What You'll Do
You'll play a key role within our Global Product Platform team by:

Defining the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Leading the development of innovative machine control solutions for road construction.

Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations across multiple regions.

Translating customer insights and market trends into successful products.

Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Managing the complete product lifecycle, from concept through continuous improvement.

Monitoring market developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Identifying new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with commercial thinking.
Ideally, you'll have:

Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a strategic technical role.

Background in construction technology, machine control, heavy equipment, civil engineering, or related industries.

Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
