Digital & E-Commerce Specialist
Milan, Italy (4 days per week in office, Milan city centre)
IMPORTANT: This position is open exclusively to candidates with previous experience in the beauty industry, specifically within makeup, skincare and/or fragrance brands. Applications from candidates without beauty sector experience will not be considered.
We are looking for a Digital & E-Commerce Specialist to support the growth of the brand's digital ecosystem, contributing to e-commerce development, digital marketing activities and online customer engagement.
Working closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams, the successful candidate will play an active role in executing digital initiatives and improving the overall online performance of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of the company e-commerce platform
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other online channels
- Monitor website performance, customer journey and conversion metrics
- Support CRM activities, email marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives
- Analyze sales, traffic and digital performance data, preparing regular reports and insights
- Coordinate external agencies and digital partners
- Assist in the implementation of product launches, promotional campaigns and commercial activations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a consistent and effective digital presence
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or CRM roles within the beauty industry
- Mandatory experience in makeup, skincare and/or fragrance brands
- Good understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and performance media
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluent English required
