Designing human experiences for complex technologies.
To support our growth, we are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our HR team and contribute to the attraction and selection of technical and engineering profiles.
The role focuses on managing recruitment activities across different areas of the company, supporting the identification, assessment, and engagement of candidates for positions related to software development, engineering, design, human factors, and innovation.
Main Activities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding support.

Source and identify candidates through job boards, professional networks, and direct search activities.

Conduct screening interviews and support candidate assessment processes.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.

Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.

Maintain relationships with universities, training institutions, and professional communities.

Contribute to recruitment reporting and talent pipeline management activities.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Business, or related fields.

Experience or strong interest in technical and IT recruitment.

Ability to understand technical roles and interact effectively with engineering and development teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have

Experience recruiting profiles in areas such as software development, engineering, data, AI, or digital technologies.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Experience in consulting, technology, engineering, or innovation-driven environments.

Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction practices.

Experience collaborating with universities or graduate recruitment programs.
