OTD Specialist - MATERNITY COVER

What you will do
For a cluster of customers they will responsible of:
Customer management end to end
the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery
Sales condition entry &update
Customer master data maintenance
Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management
Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
Flow Analysis and Projects management
What you need to succeed
Education: Bachelor in Economics or similar
Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in a structured Company
Languages: Fluent Italian language and good knowledge of English
Preferred qualifications & soft skills
Good knowledge of business intelligence and reporting system
Experience in reporting and PPT presentation
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PPT
Good SAP knowledge
Strong team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
