JOB DESCRIPTION
As NoeCha’s service technician, you will be in charge of the following activities:
On site installation, training and start-up of the production with the customer.- Remote and on-site troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
- Produce detailed technical reports and keep history the ERP system.
- Installing and maintaining demo printers.
- Installation and service support during exhibitions
- Support to production or R&D department when in the office.
