We are seeking for multilingual staff to increase our team. A person who is highly motivated to learn, who is responsible for his/her department and wants to grow professionally. In his/her role he/she will have to be punctual and responsible, able to communicate promptly with his/her supervisor, reporting problems and providing solutions. He/she will have to meet with the clients and the tour guides and make sure that the tour goes smoothly. Will have to manage emails, replying to customers and checking the availability for different products. Knowledge of OTAs required
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of tourists and guides
- Ensure that visits start on time and run
- Maintain excellent communication with cusomers, guides and his/her supervisor
- Manage emails
Working time:
36 hours per week, on shifts, 1 day off per week
