We're Bet Brothers, an Italian company with over 150 years of heritage, owner of the premium kitchen brands FB Kitchenware and Bet Coltelleria. Our international e-commerce business is growing rapidly, and we're investing heavily in digital transformation, AI and technology.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead our technology strategy and support the next phase of our growth.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the company's IT and digital strategy.
- Act as the main point of contact between the business, our webshop, external development partners and technology providers.
- Lead digital projects focused on improving our e-commerce ecosystem, integrations and business processes.
- Drive innovation through AI, automation and new technologies.
- Support and coordinate initiatives involving SEO, digital marketing, advertising, social media and digital communication from a technology perspective.
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, networking, backup and disaster recovery.
- Coordinate external consultants and software vendors.
- Identify opportunities to develop internal digital tools, automations and business applications.
What we're looking for
- Experience matters more than qualifications.
- Proven experience managing IT and digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, system integrations and business applications.
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence, automation tools and app development.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Microsoft environments, networking and cybersecurity.
- Ability to manage external technology partners and cross-functional projects.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Driving licence and own car (mandatory).
Location: Gavi (AL), Italy – On-site only
Salary: RAL commensurate with experience.
