For our offices in Isola Vicentina (VI) we are looking for a senior Business Developer to drive the growth of our energy conversion product line with a focus for the NON-IT sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NON IT sector (healthcare, industry, infrastructure).
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, marketing) to tailor solutions to client needs.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Technical degree with marketing/international business training OR business degree with experience in electrical engineering/electrotechnics.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or marketing
- Proficiency in English and French (B2/C1 level)
- Availability to travel within EMEA (30-40%)
