We are looking for a Junior Operation Specialist supports the operational management of projects and internal workflows, working closely with Partners and Director to ensure that resources, processes, and timelines are effectively coordinated.
This role is suited to a motivated professional eager to grow within a complex, international design environment.
The role will involve a range of activities including:

Support the creation of project teams and the allocation of resources across tasks, under the guidance of senior management.

Assist in planning, reviewing, and monitoring project budgets, tracking variations and supporting reporting activities.

Contribute to the analysis of design processes, including timelines, deadlines, issues, and solutions.

Help identify operational inefficiencies or critical issues, reporting them to senior stakeholders.

Support the implementation of new processes and software tools aimed at improving workflow efficiency and coordination.

Assist in monitoring the overall production workflow, ensuring consistency and adherence to studio standards.

Collaborate with HR and financial administration to support alignment between resources, competencies, and project needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Management Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or similar roles within architecture, engineering, creative, or design studios is required.

Basic understanding of project workflows, budgeting principles, and resource planning.

Familiarity with common digital tools for planning, reporting, and coordination (advanced expertise not required).

Good knowledge of Italian and English.
