About the role
Reporting into the Director of Rooms, the Spa Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and the highest standards of luxury service. The Spa Manager will be responsible for driving revenue performance, developing the spa team, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment that reflects the Four Seasons commitment to quality and personalization.
What you will do
Monitor and drive spa revenue through effective treatment, retail, and membership strategies while maximizing profitability
Oversee the daily operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence
Lead, coach, and develop the Spa team, fostering a culture of engagement, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor productivity to achieve operational and financial objectives
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, contributing to the achievement of departmental and hotel goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements
Maintain strong relationships with guests, handling feedback and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner
Ensure all spa treatments, services, facilities, and wellness offerings are delivered in accordance with Four Seasons standards
What you bring
Previous leadership experience within a luxury Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality environment
Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, revenue, and departmental performance
Passion for wellness, luxury hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, employees, and colleagues across departments
Knowledge of spa products, treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards
Fluency in English and Italian
