Job Description
What will you do…
- You are the first face our guests will meet and you will have to make them feel special and welcomed, in the Hox way.
- You will take care of guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that all invoices are correct and without surprises.
- You will work with all our teams to always maintain a good workflow and support the Front Office Manager in managing any overbooking.
- You will ensure data accuracy across all systems and provide the necessary daily reports to all departments, following our standard operating procedures.
- You will answer calls, handle inquiries, suggest the best shows to see and new pop-up restaurants to try in the area. You are the one-stop shop for our guests!
- You will proudly promote the hotel's services, seeking opportunities to enhance guests' stays through up-selling.
Qualifications
What are we looking for…
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus!
- You have a lot of experience in successfully handling different types of requests.
- Personality: You're looking for a place where you can be yourself; we don't want clones in suits here.
- Passion for hospitality, whether it's a drink, a meal, an event, or a bed for the night.
- You care about making a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a special memory.
- You are not a haughty person. Let's leave the ego at the door and roll up our sleeves to do things.
- You feel like doing things differently and trying (almost) everything at least once.
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.
