We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Key Account & Marketplace Manager to take full strategic and commercial ownership of our primary e-commerce partner platform, while seamlessly coordinating synergies with the physical Retail channel. The ideal candidate will combine strong digital marketing and retail media expertise with a sharp analytical mindset focused on safeguarding business profitability.
Skills required:
- strong data-driven mindset with advacnce excel skills, deep understanding of platform metrics;
- sharp troubleshooting abilities to efficiently unblock operational, catalog or administrative issues;
- strong sales skills tailored to managing, negotiating, and aligning strategies with traditional retail accounts to ensure a cohesive market approach.
Fluent knowledge of English language

What we offer :

- The position is classified at level 1 or Quadro of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011.
The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 45.000 and 55.000 euros.
The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company’s organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as: professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered.
Additional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment.
