We are looking for a candidate to join the Marketing team as a Marketing Lead Management Specialist at the SECO S.p.A. headquarters in Arezzo.
Job Description
SECO is seeking a Marketing Lead Management Specialist to perform the following duties:
Manage the lifecycle of leads generated from digital campaigns, events, trade shows, marketplaces, and other inbound channels, from initial qualification through handoff to the sales teams.
Support lead nurturing and marketing automation activities, guiding prospects through the conversion funnel until sales opportunities are generated.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Inside Sales to ensure effective lead management and opportunity tracking in the CRM.
Manage and optimize lead management and marketing automation processes on Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Coordinate the collection, import, and quality control of data from campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
Monitor KPIs and the performance of the marketing-to-sales funnel, preparing reports and analyses to support business decisions.
Ensure the accuracy of the customer database and compliance with GDPR regulations.
Support the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence tools to improve the effectiveness of lead management and customer engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
Experience, even brief, in CRM Management, Marketing Automation, or Lead Management roles within an industrial B2B context.
Knowledge of Salesforce.
In-depth knowledge of B2B lead management principles: MQL, SQL, lead scoring, lifecycle, and nurturing.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Work location: Arezzo.
