As our Enterogermina Brand Manager , you will play a key role in driving the growth, performance, and long-term success of one of our most iconic brands.
Working within a cross-functional team and in close partnership with both local and global stakeholders, you will lead the definition and execution of brand strategies that strengthen consumer preference, accelerate market share growth, and deliver sustainable business results. You will combine strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong collaboration skills to turn market insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
You will also champion brand purpose and sustainability, ensuring that every activity supports our mission of making self-care simpler, more accessible, and more meaningful for consumers.
- Lead the growth and development of Enterogermina by creating and executing effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Drive consumer and healthcare professional engagement through impactful communication and promotional activities.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to align local initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Monitor brand performance and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities.
- Embed sustainability, social impact, and responsible business practices into brand plans and decision-making.
- Foster collaboration across functions and inspire stakeholders around a shared vision for brand success.
- Develop and implement brand strategies that drive sales growth, market share gains, and consumer preference while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and healthcare professional insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Define and execute integrated marketing and communication plans, optimizing the marketing mix across consumer and professional audiences.
- Continuously monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness, adapting plans, messages, and channels to maximize business impact.
- Manage and optimize the brand portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation, portfolio enhancement, and profitability improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing, to successfully deliver business objectives and product initiatives.
- Support budget planning and management across sales, advertising, and promotional investments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment.
- Engage and support the field force through training, communication, and tailored initiatives that strengthen brand advocacy and execution excellence.
- Experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Medical Marketing, or a related commercial role, ideally within Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG, or Healthcare sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and business data and translate insights into effective strategies and business plans.
- Solid understanding of brand management principles, marketing fundamentals, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of OTC market dynamics, consumer healthcare trends, and competitive environments is highly valued.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent English required; Italian is a strong advantage.
Location: Milan
Hybrid working policy: 2days/week remote working.
Salary range: base salary 50.000-65.000, basing on the candidate's experience.
