To join the EU field service team for installation, commissioning, and testing of rotating machine monitoring equipment with international OEM, utility, and industrial customers.
- Collect data at customer premises
- Supervise and/or execute installation and commissioning of monitoring equipment
- Conduct user training
- Provide technical support to customers and internal departments
- Write reports
- Travel within the EU (50–75%)
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably in rotating machines), or
- Apprenticeship in electrical program focused on high voltage rotating machines
- Senior-level experience is an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills, with basic IT/networking knowledge preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant experience (rotating machines, utilities, or industrial maintenance)
- Experience with power diagnostic tools and electronic test equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to write detailed reports and deliver training
- Cultural awareness and adherence to safety protocols
- Strong customer focus
- English (fluent)
- Italian (fluent)
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Good manual dexterity
- No fear of heights or confined spaces
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Mature, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and handle pressure
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technical knowledge
- Valid passport, driving license, and security clearance
- Willingness to attend training abroad for several weeks
- Travel across Italy, Europe, and occasionally worldwide
