Role
TEKNE is looking for a professionist to join Development Department to manage commercial services in design and work direction for Italy and abroad.
The role involves the autonomous management of commercial bids, gare and architecture competitions in collaboration with leading international architectural firms; the scouting of commercial opportunities and the development/follow-up of clients; updating commercial materials in collaboration with the Communications office. The role involves working in multi-disciplinaryteams so as to maximize knowledge of the services and needs required by the various real estate development interventions.
Technical Requirements
In possession of an appropriate degree (Civil/Building Engineering or Architect)
Use of software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Points, all advanced level) AutoCAD (Basic Level) and Adobe Indesign (Basic Level)
Good knowledge of Italian and English Languages is mandatory, y and knowledge of other languages is welcome
Previous experiences (3 or 5 years) are really appreciated and considered prioritising
