The position
The District Manager will be responsible for the supervision and leadership representatives within the area assigned, sales performance of the business portfolio of products, and business knowledge of the area landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the business marketplace.
This position will require regular in field and virtual coaching and observation of Field Representatives and frequent customer contact as well as the development of a strong, effective partnership with marketing and channel colleagues. He/she will ensure compliant execution by team members, driving understanding of relevant policies and guidance and advancing a culture of integrity.
Residency in one of the regions of competence is preferable
Responsibilities
Work with National Sales Director Women's Health to contribute to the development of business plan for the related territory based on the Business unit (BU)/portfolio strategy.
Lead, coach, and monitor the field force team to successfully execute the business plan. Specific focus on territory management, communication skill, product knowledge, data analysis, knowledge and execution of digital tools and strategy
Optimize the productivity of individuals and the team to deliver results and leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement
Coach and develop talent among the field force team.
Plan and organize activities and projects within allocated budget.
Ensure all activities and communications are in line with company strategy and in compliance with company policies and procedures (Organon’s Code of conduct)
Key account management: develop and implement strategies to expand our product's presence within targeted accounts
Develop internal and external necessary relationships with related stakeholders to deliver patient and business outcomes.
Co-operate with other departments (i.e. Medical, Marketing, Commercial, SFE, Training, BD, etc.…) to create synergies and to contribute to enhance Organon Image and value
Timely update and provide feedback to National Sales Director Women's Health
Provide feedback to the internal team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
Train and supervise the implementation of Organon’s Code of conduct
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on Organon business imperatives.
Strong organizational and analytical skills required and ability to analyze and draw appropriate conclusions using sales data/call reporting software/applications and able to adapt to Organon's long-term technology model in bringing Organon information to market.
This position will require travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships.
Demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Previous sales experience with preference in WH area
Experience in project management with demonstrated leadership across Peer and Customer Groups.
Competence on Commercial and Account management.
Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine /Biology/ University
Basic level of English language

The annual base salary range listed below reflects the expected pay for new hires in this role across each applicable location. Final salary determinations take several factors into account including, but not limited to, primary work location, relevant skills, education level, and/or prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and participation in a long-term incentive program, depending on the role level.
