WIT Logistics is looking for a Junior profile to join its Freight Division.
The selected candidate will be involved in both operational and commercial activities related to the acquisition and sale of transport services, initially working also through national and European freight exchange platforms.
The position will report directly to the Commercial Director and will work alongside senior colleagues on a daily basis, following a professional growth path within the logistics and transportation sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Searching for and managing freight opportunities through dedicated platforms
- Daily contact with carriers, clients, and logistics partners
- Supporting transport rate negotiations and service management
- Shipment entry, monitoring, and operational follow-up
- Updating company systems and handling documentation
- Supporting the division’s commercial activities
Requirements
- Strong interest in the logistics and transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Spanish language skills are considered a plus
- Precision, dynamism, and willingness to grow professionally
