About the Role
We are looking for 2 motivated and passionate Junior Architects to join our dynamic team in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development and delivery of innovative architectural projects, working closely with architects, designers, engineers and other multidisciplinary teams.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and creative skills while gaining hands-on experience across different stages of architectural projects. You will be involved in design development, technical documentation, 3D visualization, project coordination and presentations.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to ambitious and diverse projects while working in an international and stimulating professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural design and project development from concept to detailed design.
- Produce architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations and technical documentation.
- Develop 3D models, digital presentations and architectural visualizations.
- Work with software such as AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Lumion.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to prepare professional presentations, diagrams and graphic materials.
- Assist with project planning, coordination and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Participate in project and site meetings when required.
- Assist in ensuring that drawings and project documentation comply with relevant technical requirements and standards.
- Contribute to client presentations and the development of project proposals.
- Support the team throughout the different phases of architectural projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 0–3 years of professional experience. Strong internship experience and an outstanding academic portfolio will also be considered.
- Good command of AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, Lumion and/or 3ds Max.
- Strong visual and graphic communication skills.
- Knowledge of architectural construction processes and technical documentation.
- Previous construction-site experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while also working independently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
- Fluent English is required; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
