Responsibilities
- Lead environmental investigation, remediation, and redevelopment activities for industrial and energy-related sites.
- Oversee demolition and hazardous material abatement programs while maintaining compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Manage coordination with regulators, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Direct environmental permitting, compliance reporting, and risk management efforts tied to redevelopment initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years in environmental consulting in the energy sector.
- Must have experience leading brownfield redevelopment, remediation and demolition for energy infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of federal and state environmental regulations and compliance frameworks.
