Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers
Direct customers to appropriate ACS offices or installation agencies
Maintain Client Tracking System (CTS) with daily entries
Record customer details (name, rank, DOB, unit, contact info)
Update and manage ACS calendar and reservations daily
Maintain customer sign-in sheets and service records
Archive CTS and submit monthly reports by the 5th of each month
Ensure professional, confidential, and courteous service at all times
