Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Operations Manager to oversee IT support operations, manage technical service teams, and ensure efficient issue resolution across business systems. The role includes monitoring service performance, improving support workflows, and coordinating technical operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical support or IT operations management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT systems, service management, and technical support processes
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
