About the job - Please, note: this is a paid Internship position
We are looking for a motivated intern to support the Commercial Excellence team across key commercial and sales-related initiatives. The role will include a mix of commercial reporting, data analysis, project support, and preparation of management materials. A relevant part of the internship may focus on supporting the improvement of our commercial reporting landscape, but the intern will also contribute to broader Commercial Excellence topics such as sales effectiveness, pricing, CRM/Salesforce-related project support, commercial processes, and cross-functional initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, structured, and eager to learn how commercial teams work and how data, tools, and processes can help improve business decisions. They do not need deep professional experience, but should bring a strong learning mindset, comfort with numbers, and the willingness to actively contribute to different types of Commercial Excellence work. They should be able to support both analytical/reporting tasks and broader project-related activities, depending on business needs.
Your tasks
Support Commercial Excellence initiatives and ongoing projects
Help prepare analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations
Support the development and improvement of commercial reporting and data transparency
Work with commercial data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
Support selected projects related to sales effectiveness, pricing, reporting, CRM/Salesforce adoption, or commercial process improvement
Help document templates, processes, reporting logic, and best practices
Prepare materials and follow-ups for internal meetings and stakeholder discussions
Contribute ideas to improve reporting, project execution, and commercial ways of working
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, management, engineering, data analytics, business analytics, or similar
Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn
Good analytical mindset and interest in working with data
Good knowledge of at least one analytical or reporting tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, or similar
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
Motivation to take ownership of assigned tasks
Interest in topics such as sales, strategy, pricing, business analytics, or project management
Good communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment
Business-fluent English
Nice-to-have
Strong Excel skills
First experience in preparing reports, dashboards, analyses, or management presentations
First exposure to sales, strategy, finance, marketing, business analytics, or project work
Interest in commercial transformation and cross-functional collaboration
German languages
