About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Leadership team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Manage the Leadership’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones.

Serve as the main point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion and professionalism.

Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Coordinate national and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.

Manage expenses, invoices, and budget tracking related to Executive activities.

Support in the preparation and follow-up of key projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and sensitivity.

Assist with ad-hoc personal and administrative tasks as required.

Proven experience 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in [English and/or other relevant languages].

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom).
