Marketing Specialist – Food & Hospitality Brands
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our food and hospitality brands through creative, strategic, and consistent marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and organize monthly marketing calendars.
- Develop content strategies aligned with each brand’s identity and goals.
- Create and oversee content across social media platforms.
- Contribute to creative direction, communication, and brand storytelling.
- Design or coordinate visual assets while maintaining a strong and consistent brand image.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for viral and high-performing content.
- Work closely with the team to execute campaigns, launches, events, and promotions.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve marketing results.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, content creation, branding, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.
- Ability to plan ahead and manage a monthly content schedule.
- Good design sense and understanding of visual communication.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Constructive mindset: able to give and receive feedback professionally.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and improve.
- Ability to understand and stay true to the personality and vibe of a brand.
Bonus Points
- Experience in the food, hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle sectors.
- Photography, videography, or editing skills.
- Copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
