A clear and thorough handover between rotations will be essential. The nanny should be comfortable keeping accurate notes on the children’s routines, schedules, activities, appointments and any relevant observations.
The family requires someone who understands the professional standards and boundaries expected within a fully staffed private household. The nanny should work collaboratively with the wider team while remaining confident and independent in all matters relating to the children.
