About the Role:
As a Technical& Facilities Supervisor at CBRE, you will be responsible for overseeingbuilding maintenance and facilities services across all assigned sites. Thisincludes the operation, maintenance, and compliance of electrical, electronic,mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems. You will lead the on-site team,manage service delivery, and ensure all facilities operations meet contractual,regulatory, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure fullcompliance with contractual agreements, company policies, and operationalprocedures across assigned sites.
Oversee thedelivery of facilities services in line with the service agreement and definedscope of work.
Collaboratewith the client to develop and implement maintenance plans that meet customerrequirements, current legislation, and industry best practices.
Managepreventive and corrective maintenance programmes for building systems,including electrical, electronic, HVAC, climate control, and fire preventionsystems.
Coordinatemaintenance activities with external contractors, tenant fit-out teams, andinternal technicians.
Respond tosystem faults and breakdowns within contractual timeframes, ensuring minimaldisruption to operations.
Schedulemaintenance activities to reduce safety risks, operational downtime, andinconvenience.
Recommendsystem upgrades to improve efficiency, safety, and energy performance.
Apply advancedtechnical knowledge to resolve complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
Administer andmaintain the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System), includinggenerating reports for service tracking and planning.
Ensurecompliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and health and safetydirectives.
Manage clientrequests in accordance with contractual terms and internal procedures.
Preparequotations for client-requested interventions and repairs identified duringinspections.
Oversee thedelivery of soft services on site (e.g., cleaning, waste management,landscaping).
Managesupplier relationships and schedule interventions in line with agreed servicelevels and maintenance plans.
Verifycompletion of work, ensuring all equipment is operational and client spaces arein optimal condition.
Lead andcoordinate daily activities of the site team, including task allocation,scheduling, and cross-training.
Respondpromptly to emergencies, coordinating additional resources as required.
Serve as theprimary point of contact for escalated communications between clients,suppliers, and CBRE management.
Promote andembody CBRE RISE values through leadership and conduct.
Monitorperformance data, track expenses, and report progress to stakeholders.
Resolvecomplex challenges and identify optimal solutions to meet operationalobjectives.
Qualifications & Skills
High SchoolDiploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civilengineering, or related field).
Minimum of 5years’ experience in a similar role.
Strongunderstanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operationalworkflows.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basicknowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools.
Excellentcommunication skills in both Italian and English.
Strongorganizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Solidknowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
