We are looking for a Junior Plant Controller to join our Finance & Controlling team at our Pergine Valsugana (TN) manufacturing plant.
In this role, you will support the monitoring of plant financial performance by providing timely and accurate financial analysis, participating in the monthly closing process, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities. Working closely with Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, you will help drive business performance through reliable financial reporting and insightful analysis.

The successful candidate will initially be hired on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment, or alternatively through a professional apprenticeship.
Support the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing performance and financial results for the assigned plant
Participate in the monthly financial closing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting activities
Assist in the preparation, upload, and maintenance of the annual budget by cost center
Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key business drivers and supporting corrective actions
Prepare regular financial reports, KPIs, and management presentations to support business decision-making
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and operational data
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to improve financial visibility and operational performance
Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools, and financial procedures
Support ad hoc financial analyses and projects as required

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (strongly preferred)
Good understanding of general accounting principles and management accounting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
This job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computes, phones. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5.30pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate.
Occasional overseas and domestic travel may be required to support the rapid growth of the company.
