I'M IN, is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you'll be doing
You will join the Sovereign Wealth & Pension Funds team, supporting the origination and execution of M&A, Structured Finance, and ECM/DCM transactions for institutional clients. You will contribute to financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and the preparation of presentations and materials for internal decision-making processes.
You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:
support the team in preparing presentations and financial models
contribute to client needs analysis and the development of investment banking solutions
participate in financial statement analysis and counterparty evaluation
support origination activities and the development of financial transactions
collaborate with the credit department in managing requests and banking activities
contribute to the preparation of documentation for decision-making bodies
Who we are looking for
If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:
0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in M&A is a plus
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields
Knowledge of corporate finance
Ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and business plans
Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level B2/C1)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of financial modelling tools
International experience is a plus
