Cruise Ship Musicians Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role
Based in our Genova office, you will be the primary scout and coordinator for our global fleet’s musical entertainment. This role requires a unique blend of "artistic ear" and "administrative engine." You will identify world-class musicians and singers, guiding them through the complex journey from their first audition to their first night performing on stage at sea.
Key Responsibilities
- Source & Audition: Proactively find and vet vocalists, bands, and soloists that meet our brand’s high standards.
- Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of candidate progress, contract dates, and availability.
- Compliance & Logistics: Coordinate the essential "paperwork trail" for maritime employment, including visas and medical clearances.
- High-Volume Communication: Manage daily international correspondence with talent, agencies, and shipboard management.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Sheets and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential for tracking talent pipelines and reporting.
- Digital Communication: Exceptional emailing skills; you must be able to communicate professionally and clearly with talent from diverse cultural backgrounds across multiple time zones.
- Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably within the entertainment or maritime sectors.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English (company language) and Italian (local office operations).
- Musical Literacy: A strong understanding of musical genres, performance quality, and stage presence.
