Our Client is a leading international Company, part of a multinational Group with worldwide presence, operating in the high-tech sector with focus on industrial components and precision mechanical machining.
The selected Candidate will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team operating in the new product introduction processes, where the design phase and the interaction with Design Engineering are essential to suggest the best solutions and technologies to reach cost and performance targets.
The activity then continues with the cost analysis, the manufacturing of the prototypes and the industrialization of the processes, providing technical support to external suppliers and internal manufacturing areas.

The ideal Candidate meets the following requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent);

10+ years of experience in the manufacturing of small and precise components, with a specific interest in lean manufacturing lines and automation during the machining and assembly phases;

Fluent English is mandatory;

Self-motivated and autonomous, but also capable of interacting with the various members of the team, internal shop floors and external suppliers;

Availability to travel.
Previous experience with Hydraulic Servovalves or components of similar complexity would be highly preferred.
Knowledge of special processes (in particular brazing and welding) would also be a plus.
