Missions: The guest relations agent is responsible for creating a distinctive experience during the hotel stay for each individual guest. Key function for the success of the hotel. Through the application of accountability and decision making, complete problem solving and a strong and productive relationship with all departments must be always ensured.
The Guest Relations Agent represents the hotel with professionalism, integrity, and a welcoming attitude, even under pressure. They ensure a personalized guest experience by understanding and responding to guest needs, promoting hotel services, and maintaining detailed knowledge of rooms, rates, and amenities.
They handle check-ins and check-outs, manage guest preferences, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication across departments. The role requires attention to detail, discretion, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to work independently while upholding high service standards.
Profile: Possess a good command of the Italian & English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.
Must maintain composure under pressure.
Ability to stand for the entire shift in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Long hours are sometimes required.
