We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant who can translate complex business challenges into clear, practical, and scalable digital solutions. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define solution strategies, and guide projects from initial discovery through implementation.
You are not simply presenting software features. You are helping clients make informed technology decisions and ensuring that every proposed solution delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Discovery:
Lead client discovery sessions to understand business objectives, operational challenges, technical environments, user requirements, and project constraints.
Solution Design:
Develop practical solution concepts that align business requirements with appropriate technologies, platforms, integrations, and implementation approaches.
Client Workshops:
Facilitate structured workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Ask the right questions, clarify priorities, and turn complex discussions into actionable requirements.
Proposal Development:
Prepare solution proposals, presentations, statements of work, implementation plans, effort estimates, and supporting documentation for prospective and existing clients.
Technical Coordination:
Work closely with architects, developers, analysts, and delivery teams to confirm that proposed solutions are technically feasible, commercially realistic, and aligned with client expectations.
Stakeholder Management:
Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and explain technical concepts in clear business language. Build trust by communicating risks, trade-offs, assumptions, and expected outcomes honestly.
Implementation Support:
Support project teams during configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption. Help resolve requirement gaps and ensure that the delivered solution remains aligned with the original business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies, reusable solution frameworks, discovery templates, proposal materials, and internal knowledge resources.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise software, business solutions, systems implementation, or a related professional services environment.
Consulting Capability:
Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating client workshops, designing solutions, preparing proposals, and presenting recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
Technical Understanding:
A solid understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, workflow automation, data management, and modern software delivery practices.
Business Awareness:
You can evaluate technology decisions based on business value, operational impact, implementation effort, scalability, risk, and long-term maintainability.
Communication Skills:
You are confident communicating with clients, technical specialists, project teams, and senior management. You can simplify complex information without removing important details.
Language Skills:
Professional proficiency in Italian is required for client meetings and workshops. Strong English communication skills are required for technical documentation and collaboration with international partners.
Mindset:
You are analytical, commercially aware, and solution-oriented. You know how to challenge unclear requirements, manage competing priorities, and recommend solutions that are ambitious but realistic.
