As a Sr Services Manager - Contract Performance Mgmt, you will be responsible for:

Own contract execution and performance for aeroderivative LM service agreements, ensuring full compliance with technical, operational, and financial targets

Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing communications, expectations, and issue resolution throughout the repair lifecycle

Lead complex repair projects, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and shop operations teams

Drive timely resolution of technical and commercial issues, proactively managing risks and identifying mitigation plans
-
Negotiate contract variations, claims, and scope changes, protecting both customer satisfaction and business outcomes

Ensure transparency and reporting on project status, including schedules, costs, risks, and opportunities
-
Present project plans, technical strategies, and risk assessments to senior leadership (EB/SEB level)

Manage relationships with key strategic customers and multiple stakeholders, often across different geographies

Maintain close alignment with repair execution through regular presence at the Avenza (AAJV) repair shops
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
-
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM).

Technical expertise in Aeroderivative LM units (LM2500, LM6000, etc.) and repair processes
-
Proven track record managing complex repair or outage projects in the energy or turbomachinery sector

Proven track record managing complex repair or outage projects in the energy or turbomachinery sector

Deep understanding of aeroderivative maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments
